Shipments

1. Courier

All our shipments are entrusted to the best couriers: DHL and LA POSTA.
Our wines will be transported with suitable packaging and covered by an insurance policy that protects the customer in case of breakage or loss during the transport of the order.
Deliveries to Switzerland are made within 1-3 working days from the date of the order.
In any case, at the time of shipment, an e-mail notification of shipment is issued containing the tracking code that tracks the status of the delivery in real time.

2. Delivery time

- The delivery times declared in the various parts of the site are calculated on the basis of statistical averages and are therefore not deterministic. What we have declared does not represent a delivery commitment but a general indication. With regard to delivery times, the laws relating to the Consumer Code apply.
- Delivery times may vary in the presence of COVID 19 phenomena on the distribution networks of couriers.
- Delivery times may vary as a result of force major and in this case, by way of example but not limited to, strikes, trade union unrest, atmospheric events.

3. Shipping fees

Free Shipping for orders over CHF 99.00, orders below this value, CHF 17 will be charged throughout Switzerland. We currently do not ship outside of Switzerland.
