The products purchased on the Website are offered and sold by ATLANTIC BRANDS CO SAGL., based in Via San Provino 10F Riva San Vitale, Ticino, VAT number CHE-432.105.846 MWST

In order to use the services offered by the Website you must read and accept the present terms and conditions of the contract.


Prices are exclusive of VAT and are to be understood EXW TICINO, Switzerland. They are expressed in Swiss francs and are intended per unit. Shipping costs, VAT and other ancillary charges will be adequately charged for each shipment (see point 4 below). Prices may vary according to market conditions and are subject to availability at the time of order confirmation. On the Website Products at discounted prices may be offered for sale. In such case, the discounted price will be applied on the product.

The payment of products can be made by PayPal. ATLANTIC BRANDS CO SAGL also accepts payments by bank transfer in Swiss francs. For this last option please contact us at info@raiscesargentinas.ch

For PayPal payment, the buyer will be redirected to the website www.paypal.ch where he/she shall make the payment for the Products on the basis of the prescribed procedure regulated by PayPal and the terms and conditions of the contract agreed between the buyer and PayPal. The data inserted on the PayPal website will be processed directly by PayPal and will not be sent to or shared with ATLANTIC BRANDS CO SAGL.

ATLANTIC BRANDS CO SAGL. is therefore unable to know, or memorize in any way, the credit card details linked to the buyer’s PayPal account, or the details of any other form of payment linked to the said account.

The amount due will be charged by PayPal to the buyer’s account at the same time as the conclusion of the contract through the Website. In the event of termination of the purchase contract and in any other event of refund, for any reason, the amount of the refund due to the buyer shall be credited to the buyer’s PayPal account, unless otherwise agreed between the buyer and ATLANTIC BRANDS CO SAGL.. The timing of credit on the payment instrument connected to such account depends exclusively on PayPal and the banking system. Once the credit order has been arranged in favor of the said account, ATLANTIC BRANDS CO SAGL. shall not be deemed liable for any delays or omissions in the crediting of the refund to the buyer. For any of such problems, the buyer shall contact PayPal directly.

The products offered on the website are limited in number. It may therefore happen that the product ordered is no longer available after submitting the purchase order. In such case, the buyer will be promptly informed by e-mail or telephone and will be able to choose to replace the product with other/other products of the same value or to ask for refund of the paid price. In the latter case, the ATLANTIC BRANDS CO SAGL. will refund the price without undue delay and, anyway, within a maximum of 15 working days from the date of collection. Such amount will be credited on the same means of payment used by the buyer for purchase or on the different means agreed between the buyer and ATLANTIC BRANDS CO SAGL. Any delays in crediting the amount may depend on Paypal or the means of payment used.

ATLANTIC BRANDS SAGL retains ownership of the goods until payment is made, therefore withdrawals or shipments of goods are not authorized in the face of unpaid or partially paid invoices. Against payments due ATLANTIC BRANDS SAGL reserves the right to withhold the paid goods until full payment of the amounts due to ATLANTIC BRANDS SAGL.

By placing an order on the Website, the buyer gives consent to receive the invoice, if requested, only in electronic format. The invoice will be issued according to the information provided by the buyer, which he/she declares and ensures to be truthful.

ATLANTIC BRANDS CO SAGL responsibly takes care of the storage and conservation of its own bottles, however it is not responsible or liable for the state and conditions in which the wines are poured or for the quality of the wines. According to sector practice and in compliance with the provisions of the Swiss Wine Trade Association, defective bottles will be replaced only and exclusively in the case of Swiss wine or foreign wine bottled in Switzerland and provided that notification is made within two years from delivery. Foreign wines bottled in the country of origin or elsewhere cannot be replaced or re-credited. The notification of any faults or defects must take place within 8 days of collection or receipt of the goods.

The buyer confirms, with the approval of the order, to comply with the minimum age requirements required by the law of the country in which he lives for the purchase of alcohol. In the event that ATLANTIC BRANDS CO SAGL. discovers that the buyer does not meet the requirements to purchase wine, ATLANTIC BRANDS CO SAGL. reserves the right to cancel the order with immediate effect and without any obligation to inform the buyer.

In any case, the buyer who makes purchases on the Website undertakes to indemnify ATLANTIC BRANDS CO SAGL. from any responsibility for purchases made by violating its own national law.

The buyer is required to look at labels and technical sheets regarding the products purchased on the website, stating the content, the perishability, the storage conditions, the potential expiry date and the presence of allergenic ingredients. The buyer indemnifies ATLANTIC BRANDS CO SAGL. for any damages resulting from the consumption of expired or deprived products, and anyway for damages resulting from the consumption of products by subjects affected by intolerances and/or allergies. Acceptance of orders is subject to availability of products and to the ATLANTIC BRANDS CO SAGL. discretionary acceptance. ATLANTIC BRANDS CO SAGL. also reserves the right to refuse or cancel purchase orders.

In order to finalize the purchase order the buyer must select the products, carefully verify the summary of the details and send the order by following the website instructions. The order is finalized when the buyer receives the e-mail confirmation. The order is subject to payment of the price, taxes and shipping indicated on the order summary displayed at the end of the guided purchase process. Receipt of the order by the buyer does not constitute acceptance of the same. The conclusion of the contract takes place only when the buyer receives confirmation by ATLANTIC BRANDS CO SAGL. to the e-mail address provided by the User. ATLANTIC BRANDS CO SAGL. reserves the right to invalidate an order by informing the buyer within 5 business days of placing the order, using the email address associated with their purchase, about the unavailability of one or more of the purchased products. In this case, ATLANTIC BRANDS CO SAGL. will refund the price and the delivery costs incurred by the buyer.

ATLANTIC BRANDS SAGL is not responsible for any defect in the goods, except as specified in point 6 of these conditions of sale. The liability of ATLANTIC BRANDS SAGL is limited to any defects or damage attributable to negligence.

All contracts are governed by the Swiss Law on Tangible Assets, with the exclusions of international private law.

Any disputes arising from or related to sales contracts will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lugano court. Alternatively, ATLANTIC BRANDS SAGL has the right to assert its rights before the competent court of the buyer. The buyer declares to elect Riva San Vitale (Ticino, Switzerland) as special domicile pursuant to art. 50 paragraph 2 of the Federal Law on Debt Collection and Bankruptcy (Federal Law on Enforcement and Bankruptcy, RS 281.1).
